AI training contracts ask engineers to evaluate coding agents such as Codex, Claude Code and Cursor, judging reasoning and engineering taste, at $100 to $200 per hour depending on location (US and Canada highest), 10 to 20 hours a week. Requirements

Senior, Staff or Principal-level engineer; strong TypeScript/JavaScript or Python (other postings Go, Java); hands-on use of Codex, Claude Code or Cursor; English B2+ written and spoken.
