- Must have an active MyChart account with an existing health history
- Must be able to export their health record as an XML file from the MyChart app
- Must have access to both a smartphone (to export from MyChart) and a computer (to upload the file)
- Must be willing to review automated PHI redactions before final submission
- One submission per participant
