- Able to provide existing video footage or record new videos following the project guidelines.
- All submitted videos must be free of copyright issues and privacy infringements.
- Only non-PII (non-personally identifiable information) videos are accepted.
- Review all footage before submission to ensure it meets the project’s quality standards.
- Tag each submitted video with the required information.
- Videos must meet the technical specifications: MP4 preferred (H.264/H.265); MOV and MXF also accepted. Minimum resolution: 720p (1080p or 4K recommended). Appropriate bitrate based on resolution.
