About the Role
We are looking for mechanical CAD experts to help train AI systems to understand engineering assemblies. You will analyse multi-part assemblies and write detailed technical questions and answers about function, design rationale and dimensions.
Key Responsibilities
Study multi-part mechanical assemblies in native CAD files and work out how the components relate and why the design is built that way.
Write detailed technical questions for each assembly covering function, design rationale and dimensions.
Check AI answers about assemblies and explain any errors.
Review and improve geometric representations of assemblies.
Record your reasoning clearly so that it can be used for training.
Follow project guidelines, take part in calibration and review sessions, and incorporate feedback to keep quality consistent.
Who We're Looking For

Background in mechanical engineering, aerospace or industrial design with strong applied CAD knowledge.
Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret complex assemblies.
Experience with FreeCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA or Inventor.
Fluent written English.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
CSWP or CSWE certification.
GD&T knowledge.
Experience in aerospace or manufacturing design.
