What You'll Do
Author task scenarios grounded in real work — e.g., drafting a listing presentation, analyzing a lease or purchase agreement, preparing a property management report, or writing client correspondence
Contribute realistic reference materials (lease documents, comps, property reports)
Write detailed rubrics describing what a client-ready deliverable should include
Grade AI-generated deliverables (often Word documents, reports, or spreadsheets) against your rubric and professional judgment
Take part in calibration sessions with other evaluators to align scoring standards
Preferred Qualifications
Active or former experience as a Real Estate Agent, Broker, Property Manager, or Leasing Professional
Prior hands-on experience drafting listings, leases, or client-facing real estate documents
Strong writing and document review skills
Prior experience with AI model training, evaluation, or benchmark development is a plus
