Review contract negotiation redlines and assess whether they reflect what competent counsel would actually do. Remote, flexible, paid per task. Domain Contracts & Commercial Law Role In this role, you'll review contract negotiation turns and reference redlines, and assess whether the redline reflects what a competent counsel would actually do: the right issues flagged, the right positions taken, and edits made surgically. Requirements Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience negotiating and redlining commercial contracts (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, vendor and SaaS agreements, or similar), at a law firm, private company, or municipality. Education: US JD (Juris Doctor) from an accredited US law school required; active bar admission strongly preferred. Practicing US attorney. USA-based practicing attorneys only. Attorneys on a career break or working remotely/flexibly are a great fit for this role. All offers are contingent upon a background check. We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification listed above; we look for candidates who meet at least 70% of the listed qualifications.
