Looking to talk to owners, managers & staff from wide range of independent wellness businesses - including studios, salons, practices, spas and more. We're interested in any type of "wellness" from health/nutrition, massage, beauty, grooming, holistic and alternative wellness practices, and more.
We want to understand how your team handles the day-to-day: booking appointments, communicating with clients, managing payments, and/or coordinating across staff or contractors. The study will include a 10 minute "at-home" worksheet assignment & a 50 minute video call interview.
