We're looking to talk to everyday banking customers about how they manage their money and what they make of the smarter tech being built into banking services, so that a major bank can decide where it genuinely helps customers and where it doesn't.
Participation includes a 4-day digital diary (up to 20 mins a day) and a 90-min remote interview on Zoom to discuss banking experiences. Incentive is $250 AUD for completing both activities.
Participants must live in Australia. Remote interviews will take place week between 5th and 23rd October.
