We're an independent UX research team studying healthcare patient portals in the US.
We're looking for current Mayo Clinic patients who actively use the Mayo Clinic Patient Online Services portal to complete a short set of self-guided tasks on your own device, screen-recording yourself while narrating your thoughts out loud (think-aloud).
Estimated time: 60–90 minutes (covering both mobile and desktop).
Compensation: $150.
Please do not share any account passwords with us — only your screen recording and a couple of notification screenshots.
