Compensation

Responsibilities
Participate in recorded five-minute video conversations with another participant Engage naturally by listening, reacting, and responding with genuine interest Maintain clear video and audio quality throughout each session
Technical Requirements
Camera capable of recording at 720p or higher with a minimum of 30 FPS Laptop or desktop computer (tablets and phones not supported) External or USB microphone preferred for clear, natural audio Good lighting and a distraction-free background Stable internet connection capable of supporting smooth video calls
Additional Information
Rates are determined by the number of recorded hours and apply specifically to this project within the United States. If your application is accepted for a different Babel Audio project, the compensation rate may vary.
Pay: $50.00 per recorded hour
