Review and improve AI-generated code in your language of expertise.

About Turing:

Based in San Francisco, California, Turing is the world’s leading research accelerator for frontier AI labs and a trusted partner for global enterprises deploying advanced AI systems. Turing supports customers in two ways: first, by accelerating frontier research with high-quality data, advanced training pipelines, plus top AI researchers who specialize in coding, reasoning, STEM, multilinguality, multimodality, and agents; and second, by applying that expertise to help enterprises transform AI from proof of concept into proprietary intelligence with systems that perform reliably, deliver measurable impact, and drive lasting results on the P&L.

About the Role

We are seeking coding experts with strong language skills to support AI training and evaluation projects. You will apply your programming expertise to review code, solve technical problems, and improve the accuracy and clarity of AI-generated responses in your language of expertise.

We are hiring across the following languages: English, Russian, Spanish, French, Chinese, Portuguese, Persian, Arabic, German, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Polish, Italian, Ukrainian, Dutch, Korean, Turkish, Norwegian, Estonian, and Romanian.

Candidates may apply for an individual language role; proficiency in all listed languages is not required.

  • Identify errors in code and reasoning, and provide structured, actionable feedback.
  • Follow project guidelines and meet quality and delivery expectations.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal proficiency in at least one of the listed languages.
  • Working proficiency in English to understand project instructions and communicate with the team.
  • Hands-on coding experience in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, or C#.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, debugging, and software development fundamentals.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly in your language of expertise.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in code review, technical writing, or technical localization.
  • Familiarity with AI training, large language models, or AI response evaluation.
  • Experience developing test cases and validating coding solutions.
