What You'll Do
Complete an eight-question written survey about consumer administrative problems. Describe a recent, anonymous example of a recurring issue you have observed. Estimate the time, financial cost, and frequency of current workarounds. Identify professional, legal, or privacy limits that a new software tool would need to respect.
Who Should Apply
Recent professional or volunteer experience assisting consumers with administrative tasks. Ability to clearly distinguish between observed facts and estimates. Comfortable providing detailed written responses independently. Commitment to maintaining consumer privacy by omitting identifying details.
Contract & Payment Terms
You will be engaged as an independent contractor. This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule. Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance. Your participation will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution. Payment is issued as soon as your work is approved. We are unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time.
Pay: $11 one-time
