Requirements

- Demonstrated senior-level judgment in sourcing strategy, supplier evaluation, contracts, and purchasing controls, with substantial responsibility for reviewing or delivering this work.
- Ability to write precise reference answers, assess competing approaches, and justify corrections with traceable evidence.
