Requirements

- Demonstrated senior-level judgment in de-identified clinical cases, differential diagnoses, and treatment reasoning, with substantial responsibility for reviewing or delivering this work.
- Ability to write precise reference answers, assess competing approaches, and justify corrections with traceable evidence.
