We're looking for experts from film and video industry to help evaluate video generation AI models.
Relevant backgrounds include film/video editing, cinematography, VFX and motion graphics, color grading, sound design and audio post, animation, and professional video game cinematics work. What matters most is a trained eye for motion, visual quality, and audio-visual craft.
Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated video content and evaluate it against a structured set of quality criteria
- Provide clear, written reasoning behind your evaluations
- Take part in a brief alignment session to ensure reviewers apply the criteria consistently
- Use our review platform to submit evaluations and supporting notes
- Sustain careful, consistent judgment across extended review sessions — this is detailed work by design
Nice to have
- Familiarity with common AI-video failure modes (temporal flicker, warping, physically implausible motion, subject drift)
- Experience with structured review, QA, or benchmarking work
- Background in dataset curation or model evaluation
