We're looking for Game Development, VFX, and 3D Animation Professionals who use tools like Blender, Unreal Engine, Unity, ZBrush, Nuke, Natron, or DaVinci Resolve as part of their day-to-day workflow. Selected contributors will be paid to record their real workflows using a lightweight app we provide. Relevant backgrounds include game studios and indie game development, VFX and post-production houses, animation studios, real-time 3D and XR, archviz, and freelance 3D artists who regularly model and optimize game assets, sculpt characters, composite rendered shots, or grade and deliver finished sequences.

Requirements:

  • Use our recording software to capture and submit sessions
  • Record real, day-to-day work - sessions must be continuous and unedited
  • Avoid capturing confidential, proprietary, or sensitive data, including client footage, unreleased content, passwords, personal data, and non-public material
  • Use unlicensed-cleared, public, or personal footage where needed
  • Idle or low-activity sessions will not be paid

Sample Tasks:

  • Model, optimize, or UV-unwrap 3D assets in Blender, sculpt with DynaMesh in ZBrush, or export assets and import them into Unreal Engine or Unity with collision and materials.
  • Render shots with passes from Blender and composite them in Nuke or Natron using depth and mask-based node graphs, or cut, color grade, and export finished sequences in DaVinci Resolve.
