We’re looking for data professionals who use ImageJ/Fiji as part of their day-to-day workflow. Selected contributors will be paid to record their real workflows using a lightweight app we provide. Relevant backgrounds include bioinformaticians, microscopists, cell biologists, and researchers who regularly analyze imaging data and extract quantitative measurements.
Requirements:
- Use our recording software to capture and submit sessions
- Record real, day-to-day work - sessions must be continuous and unedited
- Avoid capturing confidential, proprietary, or sensitive data (including passwords and personal data)
- Idle or low-activity sessions will not be paid
Sample Tasks:
- Open an image in ImageJ/Fiji, adjust brightness/contrast using the GUI, and apply a simple preprocessing step (e.g., smoothing or background subtraction).
- Use thresholding tools to segment part of the image and refine the selection interactively.
- Add the ROI to the ROI Manager, modify it (e.g., resize or duplicate), and measure multiple regions.
Pay
$3–$20/3.00. Payouts weekly on Wednesdays via Stripe or Payoneer.
