Globik AI is seeking Speech-to-Text Accuracy Specialists to compare automatic transcription output against source audio and rate word-level accuracy to support ASR model evaluation and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Compare ASR-generated transcripts against source audio.
• Identify substitution, insertion, and deletion errors.
• Score transcript accuracy according to project rubric.
• Flag systematic error patterns (accents, noise, technical terms).
• Correct transcripts where required by the project.
• Meet accuracy and throughput targets for assigned batches.

• Maintain high accuracy and consistency across assigned tasks.
• Follow project-specific error-classification guidelines precisely.
• Use headphones and a quiet workspace for accurate listening.
• Regular quality reviews may be conducted throughout the project.
• A reliable internet connection and computer are required.
