Independent contractor, remote We're looking for experienced QA specialists to audit transcripts for accuracy and quality, before and after delivery to our clients. You'll audit against our published quality standards and deliver clear, well-documented findings that help keep transcripts accurate and consistent. Must have: 2+ years of experience in transcription QA, editing, proofreading or similar language work. Excellent command of English grammar, spelling, punctuation and editorial standards. A sharp eye for detail and strong research skills, especially for verifying company names, financial terms and industry-specific language. Objective, constructive and well-documented feedback. Comfort with spreadsheets and QA or reporting tools. Your own computer and a reliable internet connection. The ability to manage your own schedule and deliver to agreed turnaround times.
