Own the architecture and build of our AI-first recruitment operating system end to end. You will be the engineer behind the recruitment OS: the wizard, the stage-based screening pipeline, the applicant portal, and the integrations layer. This is a build-and-operate role reporting into the Founders Office. You ship the system and you run it. Must have: Shipped production full-stack systems (React + a typed backend) solo or near-solo. Comfort wiring LLMs into real workflows (scoring, generation, structured extraction). Strong product judgement; you reduce scope rather than gold-plate.
