Government Bid Writer

Own our public-sector bid pipeline end-to-end and turn government tenders into seven-figure wins. We build financial-transcription infrastructure used by courts, regulators, and enterprise legal teams. Public-sector procurement is becoming a major channel for us across the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. This is a contractor role, part-time around live opportunities, with a clear path to a larger or full-time engagement as the pipeline grows. You'll work directly with leadership and own the full bid lifecycle. Must have: Demonstrable track record writing winning government/public-sector tenders, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs or ITTs Direct experience in at least one of US, Canadian, Australian, NZ, or UK public procurement Excellent written English with the judgement to make dense technical content clear and compelling Proven ability to make sound bid/no-bid calls and manage submissions independently to deadline Fluent with AI writing/research tools and disciplined about editing rather than shipping raw output
