You make sure AI-generated educational content is accurate, age-appropriate, pedagogically sound and aligned with real classroom and workplace practice. Your work directly shapes how millions of learners and educators experience AI-powered education tools.

What You’ll Do

Curriculum & Course Design Evaluation

• Review AI-generated course outlines, lesson plans and teaching plans for accuracy, structure, learning objectives and level-appropriateness
• Assess whether content matches curriculum standards and the needs of the target learners (K-12, higher education or corporate training)
• Provide structured feedback to improve model quality

Exam & Question Bank Quality

• Evaluate AI-generated exam items, quizzes and question banks for clarity, difficulty level, correct answers and fairness
• Write and validate high-quality exam items and marking guides
• Identify errors, ambiguity, bias and mismatches with learning objectives

Grading & Learning Analysis

• Assess AI-graded homework and exam responses against rubrics, flagging incorrect scoring and weak feedback
• Review AI-generated learning analysis and student feedback for accuracy and usefulness

Admissions, Career & Training Support

• Evaluate AI guidance on college and admission applications, program selection and education planning
• Review AI-generated corporate training materials, knowledge summaries and learning pathways for accuracy and practical value
• Document findings that help improve model performance

Mandatory Qualifications

Education / Professional Background

One of the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Pedagogy, Educational Psychology, or a relevant subject discipline, with teaching or training experience
• OR 2+ years professional experience as a teacher, lecturer, curriculum designer, instructional designer, assessment writer, corporate trainer, L&D specialist or admissions or education counselor

Competency

• Experience designing or delivering lessons, courses, assessments or training programs
• Working knowledge of learning objectives, assessment design and grading rubrics
• Ability to judge whether content is accurate, clear and appropriate for the target learners
• Ability to give clear, structured written feedback

Language Requirements

• Professional English (B2 minimum) – required for guidelines, documentation and collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Teaching or training experience at more than one level (K-12, higher education, corporate)
• Experience writing exam items or question banks
• Experience with learning analytics, LMS or education technology
• Experience in admissions, academic advising or career counseling
• Postgraduate degree in Education or a related field
• Published work or professional certification in teaching or instructional design
