Banks increasingly rely on AI assistants to serve customers in their apps. Based on real conversations, we want to understand how much these assistants solve on their own, whether they give the right information, and when they hand over to a human agent. This project focuses on Brazilian banks, so we need real customers talking to them.

What you'll do / O que você vai fazer

You'll chat with your bank's virtual assistant following our team's guidelines and record these conversations on the project platform. Tasks are short and quick, and all details are explained during onboarding.
