The work
Draft claims from invention disclosures, critique model-drafted claim sets for scope and support, assess novelty and obviousness against prior art, and grade model responses to office actions. Projects are organised by technical field (software, biotech, electrical, mechanical, chemical).
Who it suits
- USPTO registration (or EPO/UKIPO equivalent) and a technical degree; attorneys and agents both welcome.
- Several years of prosecution, and ideally litigation or licensing, experience.
How it works
- Apply with your CV and the hours you can give. 5 to 15 hours a week suits most people; the work is remote and on your own schedule.
