micro1 is engaging German Bilingual Experts to contribute to a unique customer project focused on advancing artificial intelligence solutions. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about the German language, who care deeply about both written and verbal communication, and who are excited to impact the future of technology through their linguistic and cultural insights.

Scope of Work

Listen to audio clips in German and evaluate the nativeness and fluency of the speaker or model output.
Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity according to established guidelines.
Document your assessments with clear, concise written feedback in English, noting key linguistic factors.
Provide detailed justifications for each evaluation to ensure clarity and consistency in results.
Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements or address ambiguities in language content.
Contribute insights to help improve AI model performance in German language understanding and generation.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned audio review tasks, maintaining high standards of quality.

Preferred Qualifications

Native or near-native proficiency in German, with strong command of written and spoken communication.
Demonstrated expertise in linguistics, translation, localization, or a related language field.
Proven experience with editorial, proofreading, or content review assignments in German.
Familiarity with digital tools for documentation, collaboration, and content management.
Ability to articulate complex language concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Detail-oriented, analytical mindset and commitment to linguistic quality.
Previous participation in technology, AI, or data-driven projects is a plus, but not required.
