Represent Sovrano AI at your university, build an engaged campus network, connect with student societies and high-potential students, and help surface strong candidates for future Sovrano projects.

About the role

Want to be the person who brings Sovrano to your campus?

We’re building a network of ambitious students across the globe and looking for Community Builders at selected universities to make Sovrano part of campus life.

You’ll connect high-potential students, build relationships with societies and communities, create events and help us discover the people shaping what comes next.

This is not a traditional ambassador role. You’ll have the freedom to build the Sovrano community at your university from the ground up. You also earn referral fees as you bring people onto our projects.

What you'll do

  • Build and grow the Sovrano community at your university
  • Connect with high-potential students, societies and campus communities
  • Introduce relevant students to Sovrano opportunities and the wider network
  • Organise meetups, talks, dinners or other campus activations
  • Spot interesting people, communities and opportunities on campus
  • Create momentum around Sovrano and make the community your own
  • Work with other Community Builders, Scholar Leads and Sovrano Hub Hosts across Europe

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program at a university or college
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Able to commit consistently for a defined term
  • Comfortable representing Sovrano on campus
  • Existing involvement in student societies, clubs, communities, or university networks
  • Reliable follow-through on events, introductions, and reporting

Ideal qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program
  • Well connected within your university community
  • Proactive, social and comfortable reaching out to new people
  • Strong judgment when identifying ambitious and high-potential students
  • Excited by technology, AI, entrepreneurship and innovation
  • Independent and comfortable building something from scratch

Nice to have

  • Active in student societies, clubs or university initiatives
  • Previous event, community or leadership experience
  • Existing network across several student communities
  • Experience organising meetups, hackathons or campus events
  • Previous ambassador or recruiting experience

What success looks like

  • Sovrano becomes visible within the strongest communities at your university
  • High-quality students regularly enter the Sovrano network through you
  • You build relationships that go beyond one-off referrals
  • Students actively want to attend your events and join the community
  • You become the trusted connection between your university and Sovrano

Pay and contract

This is a non-salaried community role. You earn the referral bonus for every student who joins through your personal link and goes on to work on Sovrano projects.

What you get is access, visibility and a serious head start. Community Builders get early access to Sovrano’s network, selected events, emerging projects and future opportunities, plus milestone recognition and priority consideration for paid roles when they open.

The real value is being early: building your network, your reputation and your proximity to opportunity while Sovrano is still scaling across Europe.
