What You'll Do
You'll do your usual work in your usual tools, and that work becomes training material for AI. Each Task is a realistic workflow in a real application, from setup to a finished deliverable, the way you would do it on the job.
How it works
- Complete full multistep workflows in your tool, such as updating a sales pipeline, reconciling transactions, or editing a video. - Start projects from scratch, revise existing ones, import assets, and export your results where it applies. - Work with realistic records and settings, and check your results before you finish. - Record your active working time. Idle time and unattended rendering or processing aren't counted. We'll walk you through the full workflow and quality standards during training.
What makes strong work
- Realistic records, configuration changes, and a finished deliverable.
- Complete workflows rather than isolated clicks.
- Variety across the kinds of tasks you take on.
Tools you might work with
- Business operations: Salesforce, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Zendesk, Workday
- Collaboration and knowledge: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Notion, Miro, Jira
- Data and structured workflows: Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, Airtable, Zapier
- Development and cloud: VS Code, GitHub, GitLab, AWS, Google Cloud
- Websites and commerce: Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, WooCommerce
- Creative and media: Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Substance 3D, Canva, Figma, Vidyard, Articulate
Who We're Looking For
Professional tool users at any skill level: people who work in these applications every day, whether that's managing accounts in a CRM, reconciling books, editing video, or building dashboards. No AI or machine-learning background is needed.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in at least one of the tools listed above, and the ability to complete a multistep workflow in it on your own.
- Comfort working with realistic records and settings, not only sample data.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Self-directed and reliable, with the ability to work asynchronously with minimal hand-holding.
- Must be based in the United States.
- English proficiency, including speaking, reading, and writing.
- Desktop or laptop running Windows 10 (or later) or a recent version of macOS. Chromebooks, Linux-based systems, and tablets (e.g., iPad, Surface in tablet mode) are not supported.
- Work directly on your own computer. Remote desktop and remote access tools aren’t permitted.
Bonus points
- Experience in more than one tool.
- Experience creating from scratch as well as editing existing projects.
- Experience with technical writing, tutoring, or training others on software.
