Freelance Local Recruiter

Responsibilities

Source, screen and qualify freelance candidates against project requirements.
Identify suitable advertising channels to attract eligible candidates.
Use online platforms, social media and professional networks to support recruitment.
Create and post recruitment advertisements across relevant platforms.
Keep candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers accurate and up to date.
Track and report recruitment KPIs.
Support the Sourcing team with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
At least 2 years of recruitment experience; experience in high-volume recruitment is a plus.
Excellent communication and networking skills.
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other resource management software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, or equivalent tools.
Confidence using social media platforms for recruitment and advertising.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
A strong customer service focus.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
