AI Citation Verification Specialist

Globik AI is seeking AI Citation Verification Specialists to check whether citations and references included in AI-generated answers actually support the claims being made.

The role focuses on source-to-claim verification. You will trace claims back to cited material and identify citations that are irrelevant, incomplete, contradictory, or insufficient.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated answers and their cited sources.
• Match factual claims with the source passages cited for them.
• Determine whether each citation actually supports the associated claim.
• Identify irrelevant, incomplete, outdated, or contradictory citations.
• Flag claims that require evidence but have no supporting citation.
• Distinguish partially supported claims from fully supported claims.
• Apply project-specific citation verification criteria.
• Document evidence for citation decisions.
• Maintain consistency across large evaluation batches.

Qualifications

• Experience with RAG search information retrieval research content QA or AI evaluation is a plus.

· Maintain high accuracy and consistency across assigned evaluation tasks.

· Follow project-specific RAG evaluation rubrics precisely.

· Clearly document difficult or ambiguous cases.

· Participate in calibration exercises when required.

· Regular quality reviews may be conducted throughout the project.

· Selected candidates may be required to complete a practical RAG assessment before onboarding.

· A reliable internet connection and computer are required.
