Query–Document Matching Specialist

Globik AI is seeking Query–Document Matching Specialists to evaluate how well documents or passages match specific user queries.

You will compare queries with candidate documents, determine semantic relevance beyond keyword overlap, and identify documents that do or do not contain information useful for the query.

Responsibilities

• Review queries and candidate documents or passages.
• Determine semantic relevance between the query and document.
• Identify documents that address the query directly, partially, or not at all.
• Distinguish meaningful relevance from simple keyword overlap.
• Identify missing or weakly matching documents.
• Apply project-specific matching criteria.
• Document ambiguous semantic matches.
• Maintain consistent decisions across large datasets.
• Participate in calibration and quality reviews.
