Clinical Psychologist (AI Healthcare)

Globik AI is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to contribute to AI healthcare research and advisory initiatives. This part-time, remote role involves leveraging clinical psychology expertise to support the development, evaluation, and refinement of AI systems in the healthcare domain. The position bridges clinical psychology practice with cutting-edge AI technology, ensuring that AI-driven healthcare solutions are grounded in sound psychological principles and clinical evidence.

As a Clinical Psychologist on our team, you will play a key role in advising on AI model outputs related to mental health, behavioral health, and psychological assessments. You will help ensure clinical accuracy, ethical compliance, and patient safety standards in AI-generated content and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate AI-generated healthcare content related to psychology and mental health
• Provide expert clinical input on AI model training data and outputs for behavioral health applications
• Evaluate AI system responses for clinical accuracy, safety, and adherence to psychological best practices
• Advise on ethical considerations in AI-driven mental health tools and diagnostics
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to improve model performance in clinical psychology domains
• Develop clinical case scenarios and evaluation frameworks for AI testing
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and psychological practice standards in AI outputs
• Participate in research initiatives exploring AI applications in clinical psychology

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (M.Phil, Ph.D., or Psy.D.)
• Valid clinical psychology license or registration (RCI registered preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical practice experience
• Strong understanding of psychological assessment tools and diagnostic frameworks (DSM-5, ICD-11)
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches (CBT, DBT, etc.)
• Familiarity with healthcare AI applications is a plus
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Work Schedule: Flexible, part-time hours (15-20 hours per week)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in telepsychology or digital mental health platforms
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and natural language processing
• Published research in clinical psychology or related fields
• Experience with clinical data annotation or medical AI evaluation
