Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Medical Domain

Globik AI is hiring Subject Matter Experts in the Medical Domain to develop medical AI datasets for Large Language Models (LLMs). This contract, remote role involves creating and reviewing educational content, curating structured datasets from textbooks, guidelines, and journals, and generating medical Q&A pairs and case-based learning materials.

You will play a critical role in ensuring clinical accuracy and ethical compliance across all deliverables, contributing to the development of next-generation healthcare AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and review educational content and clinical knowledge for AI training
• Curate structured datasets from textbooks, guidelines, and journals
• Generate medical Q&A pairs and case-based learning materials
• Simulate realistic doctor-patient conversations for AI training data
• Organize drug knowledge data including interactions and contraindications
• Ensure clinical accuracy and ethical compliance in all deliverables
• Participate in training sessions for quality standardization

Qualifications

• Medical degree holders: MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BDS, or nursing graduates
• MD/MS specialists, medical PG/UG students, residents, or interns welcome
• Medical researchers with domain expertise
• Minimum 1 year of experience in medical field or research
• Strong clinical knowledge across medical specialties
• Excellent medical writing and documentation skills
• Ability to work with structured data formats

Compensation Structure:

• Fixed Pay: ₹3,00,000 - ₹7,00,000/year
• Variable Pay: ₹2,00,000 - ₹5,00,000/year
