About the Project
We are looking for fluent speakers of Indian languages to participate in a Multilingual Conversational AI Voice Recording Project. Selected candidates will record client-provided scripts to help train and evaluate conversational AI voice systems.
The recordings should sound natural, clear, and conversational, with appropriate emotional expression, similar to real-life customer support interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Record voice samples and conversational scripts provided by the client in the required Indian language.
Deliver natural, clear, and emotionally expressive recordings that reflect real-life customer support conversations.
Follow the recording guidelines and technical specifications shared by the client.
Ensure proper pronunciation, clarity, pacing, and consistency throughout the recording.
Submit high-quality audio files for quality control (QC) evaluation.
Make corrections or re-record audio if required based on client feedback.
Project Requirements
Language Proficiency: Native or fluent proficiency in one or more of the 23 required Indian languages.
Recording Duration: Minimum 1 hour and maximum approximately 2–2.5 hours of recording per artist.
Recording Style: Natural, conversational, and emotionally expressive.
Scripts: Provided by the client.
Sample Submission: A 1–2 minute voice sample is required for quality control evaluation before final selection.
Audio Format: WAV format, 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz, mono channel, 16-bit or 24-bit.
Recording Quality: Clear audio with minimal background noise, echo, or interruptions.
Current Use Case
The initial recordings will focus on customer support conversations. Additional use cases may be introduced during the project, depending on the client's requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Native or fluent speaker of at least one of the required Indian languages.
Clear pronunciation and a natural speaking style.
Ability to express emotions appropriately while maintaining conversational authenticity.
Comfortable reading and recording client-provided scripts.
Access to a suitable recording setup in a quiet environment.
Able to follow audio recording instructions and meet submission timelines.
Prior voice-over, dubbing, or voice recording experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Selection Process
Submit a 1–2 minute voice sample in the required language.
The client will evaluate the sample for voice quality, pronunciation, naturalness, and suitability.
Selected candidates will receive the scripts and detailed recording instructions.
Final recordings will be submitted in the specified audio format for quality review.
