Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Professional – AI Evaluation Project

About the Role
We are looking for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professionals based in the US to support an AI evaluation project. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in financial analysis and reporting, along with the ability to work comfortably with Google Workspace, basic code/configuration files, and AI-powered tools.
Key Responsibilities
Work on financial modelling, forecasting and variance analysis.
Perform vendor spend and headcount reconciliation.
Prepare and review executive-level financial reports and presentations.
Work extensively with Google Sheets and Google Slides to analyse and present financial information.
Use formulas, create pivot tables and organise data in Google Sheets.
Review and edit JSON files and make basic code/configuration changes.
Commit changes using Git and work with GitHub pull requests.
Operate AI agent/harness environments such as Antigravity or Claude Code.
Follow structured evaluation guidelines and provide detailed, objective feedback on AI-generated outputs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of professional experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or a closely related field.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Financial modelling
Forecasting and variance analysis
Vendor spend reconciliation
Headcount reconciliation
Executive reporting
Proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly:
Google Sheets
Google Slides
Google Docs
Comfortable using Google Sheets formulas and pivot tables.
Comfortable editing JSON files and making basic code/configuration changes.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub, including committing changes and creating or reviewing pull requests.
Comfortable working with AI agent tools/harnesses, such as Antigravity or Claude Code.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured instructions.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in LLM/AI evaluation.
Experience with rubric design or evaluation frameworks.
Background in management consulting.
Experience working on AI, data, or technology-focused projects.
