Finance Domain Expert
Role Overview
As a Finance Domain Expert, you will collaborate with AI and engineering teams to improve the performance of financial AI models by defining workflows, creating evaluations, curating data, and providing domain-specific insights.
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Definition: Identify and document common finance workflows such as M&A analysis, company valuation, portfolio construction, and investment research.
Evaluation Design: Develop test cases, evaluation criteria, and success metrics for AI-generated outputs.
Capability Assessment: Assess AI performance across financial tasks, including:
Financial statement analysis
Data extraction
Market research and trend analysis
Risk assessment
Valuation modeling
Data Curation & Annotation: Guide the selection and annotation of high-quality financial datasets for AI training and fine-tuning.
Feedback & Improvement: Provide ongoing feedback to enhance model accuracy, relevance, and usability.
Key Requirements
Experience
12+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
Investment Banking
Private Equity
Asset Management
Equity Research
Open to Entry-Level, Mid-Level, and Executive-Level professionals with strong domain expertise.
Skills
Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Experience with AI/LLM-based financial applications is preferred.
