About the Opportunity

We are looking for experienced US Commercial & Regulatory Law professionals to support an AI/data project focused on evaluating and improving the quality, accuracy, and practical relevance of legal content and responses.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US commercial law and regulatory frameworks, excellent legal research and analytical skills, and the ability to assess complex legal scenarios and provide clear, well-reasoned responses.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate legal questions, scenarios, and AI-generated responses related to US Commercial & Regulatory Law.

• Conduct legal research using authoritative US legal sources and regulatory materials.

• Assess legal responses for accuracy, completeness, relevance, reasoning, and compliance with applicable US laws and regulations.

• Identify legal issues, inconsistencies, omissions, and potential risks in generated content.

• Provide detailed explanations and corrections where required.

• Apply appropriate US federal and state-level commercial and regulatory principles.

• Analyse contracts, commercial transactions, regulatory requirements, and business-related legal matters.

• Maintain consistency and high-quality standards when reviewing legal content.

• Provide practical legal reasoning while clearly distinguishing between federal and state requirements where applicable.

Candidate Requirements

  • JD/LL.M. graduates with relevant commercial or regulatory experience

  • Senior Legal Researchers

  • Experienced Paralegals with substantial US commercial/regulatory exposure

• Strong legal research and analytical skills.

• Excellent written English and legal drafting ability.

• Ability to interpret statutes, regulations, case law, contracts, and regulatory guidance.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify nuanced legal issues.

• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

• Experience reviewing or evaluating AI-generated legal content is an advantage.
