Legal Domain Experts – DACH Region
About the Project
We are looking for experienced Legal Domain Experts with strong knowledge of the legal frameworks and practices applicable in the DACH region, specifically Germany and Switzerland. Selected professionals will support legal research, analysis, drafting, and review activities requiring a high level of legal accuracy and jurisdiction-specific expertise.
The engagement requires 35 hours per week and is suitable for legal professionals with substantial experience in corporate, labour, administrative, and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth legal research relating to German and/or Swiss law.
Analyse statutes, regulations, case law, administrative guidance, and other authoritative legal sources.
Provide accurate and well-reasoned legal analysis based on applicable jurisdictional requirements.
Review and interpret legal documents, contracts, regulations, policies, and other legal materials.
Draft and revise legal documents, research notes, memoranda, summaries, and other legal content.
Perform statutory and regulatory analysis across Corporate Law, Labour Law, Administrative Law, and Regulatory Compliance.
Verify legal citations, references, authorities, and supporting sources for accuracy and relevance.
Identify jurisdiction-specific legal nuances, exceptions, and compliance requirements.
Apply strong legal reasoning and analytical skills to complex legal questions.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Work independently while meeting project timelines and quality requirements.
Candidate Profile Requirements
Licensed Attorneys, JD/LL.M. graduates, Senior Legal Researchers, or experienced Paralegals are encouraged to apply.
Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience in legal practice, legal research, drafting, compliance, or advisory work.
Strong expertise in German and/or Swiss legal frameworks, particularly in the specified practice areas.
Strong legal research and statutory interpretation capabilities.
Excellent legal reasoning and analytical skills.
Proven experience with legal document drafting and review.
Strong ability to verify legal citations, authorities, and references.
High attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or legal nuances.
Ability to independently research unfamiliar legal issues and provide well-supported conclusions.
Professional proficiency in German is strongly preferred.
English proficiency is an advantage for project communication and documentation.
