Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation, Banking & Payment Regulatory Officer to ensure compliance across financial and transport regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in banking compliance, payment systems, and transportation regulations, and will play a key role in aligning operations with local and international regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, including central banking guidelines and financial compliance procedures.

• Monitor and interpret payment systems regulations, including ACH, electronic payments, and gateway frameworks.

• Oversee regulatory compliance for transportation licensing and municipal transport laws.

• Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and internal stakeholders to maintain adherence to applicable laws.

• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.

• Develop and maintain internal policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.

• Stay updated on evolving regulations in both financial services and transportation sectors.

• Provide compliance guidance and training to internal teams.

Required Expertise

• Strong knowledge of banking compliance regulations
