Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Attorney with expertise in Civil Litigation, Corporate Law, and Family Law to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex legal matters, advising clients on corporate governance, and representing clients in litigation and dispute resolution proceedings.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.

• Handle family law cases such as divorce, custody, maintenance, and related disputes.

• Provide legal counsel on corporate law matters, including governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

• Interpret contracts and assess enforceability, risks, and legal implications.

• Manage and represent clients in commercial disputes and corporate liability cases.

• Advise on equity structures and shareholder governance issues.

• Handle appellate procedures, including preparing appeals and representing clients in higher courts.

• Conduct legal research and stay updated with relevant laws and regulations.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective legal strategies.

Required Expertise

• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures

• Proven experience in family law matters

• In-depth understanding of corporate law and governance

• Expertise in contract interpretation and enforceability
