About the Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Global Mobility & Immigration Consultant to manage and support international workforce mobility and immigration processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in global visa programmes, compliance regulations, and cross-border employment requirements, ensuring seamless relocation and legal adherence for employees across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end global mobility and immigration processes for employees and contractors.

• Provide expert guidance on work permits, visa programmes, and employment authorisation requirements across various countries.

• Ensure compliance with immigration laws, policies, and regulatory frameworks.

• Advise on residency pathways, permanent residency, and citizenship processes.

• Support family reunification applications and related immigration processes.

• Monitor and interpret changes in global immigration regulations and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

• Assist with digital nomad visa programmes and remote workforce compliance strategies.

• Collaborate with HR, legal teams, and external vendors to streamline mobility processes.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure audit readiness for all immigration-related cases.

• Provide risk assessments and compliance recommendations for cross-border workforce deployment.
