Job Title: International Labor & Social Security Attorney

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced International Labor & Social Security Attorney to support cross-border employment matters and ensure compliance with global labor laws and social security frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in comparative labor regulations, employee benefits, and international employment compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on international labor laws and employment regulations across multiple jurisdictions

• Advise on employee lifecycle matters, including hiring, contracts, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures

• Ensure compliance with cross-border employment laws, including expatriate and remote workforce regulations

• Support social security and retirement frameworks, including contribution structures and compliance requirements

• Manage and advise on pension transitions, benefit calculations, and portability across jurisdictions

• Interpret and apply severance policies and statutory compensation requirements in different countries

• Collaborate with HR, legal, and compliance teams to develop global employment policies

• Monitor and analyse changes in international labor laws and social security regulations

Required Expertise

• Strong understanding of comparative labor laws across multiple countries

• In-depth knowledge of employment regulations and dismissal procedures

• Expertise in social security systems and retirement frameworks

• Experience in pension transition and benefit calculations

• Knowledge of severance and statutory compensation requirements

• Proven experience in cross-border employment compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); Master’s Degree (LLM) preferred

• Licensed to practice law in India or another relevant jurisdiction

• Experience working with multinational organisations or global legal teams is highly desirable
