This policy covers the Chrome extension AI Trainer Jobs — Quick Apply (the "extension"), published by AI Trainer Jobs. The extension fills sign-up and job application forms on AI training platforms with information you enter into it. You review every form and submit it yourself.
Only the data you type into the extension's profile page: name, email, phone number, country, city, state, ZIP code, street address, LinkedIn/GitHub/website links, job title, company, education, languages, date of birth, a short "about you" text, an optional password for new accounts, and an optional resume file. All fields except email are optional. The extension also remembers which platforms you selected and how many of them you have already opened.
All of this data is stored only on your device, in your browser's extension storage (chrome.storage.local). The optional password and resume are stored there as well, without additional encryption, so leave the password field empty if other people use your browser profile.
Only when you choose to submit a form. The extension types your profile into form fields on the platform pages you open; the platform receives that information only when you press its Register, Submit or Apply button. From then on the platform's own privacy policy applies.
Storage keeps your profile on your device. Tabs opens the platforms you select. Access to the listed platform and job-application sites, plus activeTab and scripting when you click "Fill this page", lets the extension find form fields and fill them. The extension does not read or collect the content of these pages.
Clear the fields on the profile page and save, or remove the extension in chrome://extensions — this deletes all stored data.
The extension is intended for adults looking for work and is not directed to children under 16.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
