Taste Labs runs TasteMakers, a curated network of about 1,000 designers in 30 countries who teach AI models good design taste. Members create design work and explain their choices, grade and compare AI-generated designs, and review other members grades, in UI and UX, brand, motion, presentations and front-end design. The San Francisco company was founded in 2025 and raised an 18.5 million dollar seed round from CRV and Amplify. Work is remote, paid per project twice a month, and rates are not published.
