About this opportunity
We are collecting Apple Health data and linked electronic health records from iPhone users in the United States, for a research client training a health model. Most health models are built on narrow datasets that leave much of the population out. Your data helps change that.
This is a one-time contribution, not an ongoing role. Most people finish in under 30 minutes.
What you will do
- Complete a short eligibility pre-screen and sign the consent agreement.
- Complete a brief introductory interview so we can verify who you are.
- Connect your health records to the Apple Health app, if they are not already connected.
- Export your Apple Health data from your iPhone and upload the file.
Who qualifies
- 18 or older and living in the United States
- You own an iPhone, and you use the Apple Health app or are willing to start
- You have at least one health record at a supported health system that can be connected to Apple Health
- You are willing to connect those records and share the data with Mercor
Some US states are not eligible for this study. The pre-screen will tell you straight away whether you qualify.
Your data and your privacy
Your data is de-identified before anything is shared. Direct identifiers are removed, you are assigned a random ID, and only the de-identified version reaches the client. You read and sign a consent agreement before any data is collected, and you can stop at any point before you submit.
Payment
You are paid per accepted submission, once your upload has been reviewed. There is no hourly commitment.
