Globik AI is inviting applications for the position of Legal & Compliance Intern. The intern will work closely with the Founder and Leadership Team, gaining hands-on exposure to tender applications, grant programs, accelerator/incubator submissions, and corporate certifications.
This role requires a strong understanding of documentation, compliance requirements, and the ability to research and align legal and regulatory needs with Globik AI's business model. It is ideal for someone with a law background combined with exposure to technology or B2B businesses, and an interest in the AI and startup ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Identify and apply for government and enterprise tenders matching business offerings
- Prepare and submit tender documentation with attention to accuracy and deadlines
- Research and apply for grants, funding programs, and government schemes focused on AI and technology
- Support accelerator and incubator program applications (domestic and international)
- Assist with corporate certification applications (ISO and industry-relevant credentials)
- Draft and review legal documents, declarations, and compliance checklists
- Maintain organized records of submissions, approvals, and compliance status
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants as needed
Qualifications
- Law students or recent graduates (LLB/LLM or equivalent)
- Experience with or exposure to technology, B2B businesses, or startup environments
- Strong interest in AI, tech policy, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to align business offerings with legal and compliance requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and research capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
