About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Education Expert to review and evaluate educational content and datasets used for AI training and evaluation. The expert will assess content for accuracy, instructional quality, curriculum alignment, and suitability for the intended learners.
Key Responsibilities
Review educational content, lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials for accuracy and quality.
Evaluate instructional content for clarity, effectiveness, learner appropriateness, and pedagogical soundness.
Validate alignment with curriculum frameworks, learning standards, and educational objectives.
Review assessments for relevance, fairness, cognitive level, and alignment with learning outcomes.
Identify errors, misconceptions, gaps, and inconsistencies in educational content.
Provide clear feedback and recommendations to improve AI-generated educational outputs.
Support the development of evaluation guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards for education-related AI projects.
Collaborate with project teams on complex education and curriculum-related queries.
Required Qualifications
Master's degree, Ed.D., Ph.D., or equivalent qualification in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, or a related field.
10+ years of professional experience in education, curriculum development, instructional design, academic leadership, assessment, or educational consulting.
Strong knowledge of curriculum design, pedagogy, assessment, and learning outcomes.
Experience evaluating educational content across different grade levels, subjects, or learning environments.
Strong written communication and analytical skills.
Ability to provide detailed, objective, and actionable feedback.
